The strategic plan, The Status of Women in Community-based Radio in Canada, provides a summary of the current status of women at campus and community radio stations in Canada (as of 2004).

Surveys were circulated to women and staff members across the country and the results were compiled for this document. This report also includes a background and history on the policy framework for women in Canada on various levels and broad-based recommendations to improve the participation of women in radio.
