I became involved in c-c radio at CHRW when I was a Media Studies and Music student back in 2016, and took on many roles in the various departments at the station. I especially took an interest in the programming department where I learned about running a c-c station, working closely with staff. I also worked with lots of students producing podcasts, building a community of hosts for a music variety program and working on creative projects. In 2019 I became the program director at CJAM and truly love the work I do here.

Malik is a current law student at Ryerson’s Lincoln Alexander Faculty of Law pursuing a career in Entertainment and Media Law. He has been involved for the last five years in various roles at CJAM 99.1 FM in Windsor and hosts his show ‘VIVID Sound’ bi-weekly. He has a background in audio engineering and has worked closely with various nonprofit organizations over the last several years. Malik is passionate about people, community/campus radio, and people listening to community/campus radio. He is also the 2018 winner at CJAM FM for ‘Best On-Air Personality’.

Meredith Lister has volunteered at UBC Okanagan's Heatwave Radio since 2017, has served as Administration Coordinator and Programming Director, and is currently Station Manager. She implemented and maintains Heatwave's online broadcasting system, and is passionate about the unique needs of other online-only stations.

Tiina Flank is a musician and social/environmental activist, with a passion for campus community radio. In 2015, she began working in the c/c sector as Volunteer Coordinator for CILU in Thunder Bay ON, later becoming Station Manager (2016-2019). Highlights from her broadcasting career with CILU include being voted Thunder Bay's favourite radio host of 2017 and 2018 (Tbshows.com) and her nomination for Cultural Professional of the Year (Thunder Bay's 2018 Art and Heritage Awards). She is currently volunteering remotely for CJNU-FM.
