Ana Rose Carrico became the Station Manager of CiTR & Discorder Magazine in Vancouver in April 2018, coming from a grassroots arts administration background. She has spent the last 15 years facilitating the development of grassroots artists of all disciplines and co-founded The Red Gate Arts Society, which provides affordable rehearsal and venue at its two locations. She is also currently on the Board of Directors of Good Night Out Vancouver, an organization that seeks to end harassment in the nightlife industry. Her work always has an emphasis on equity and accessibility, and she has developed many policies and practices to further those goals.
