CIVL 101.7 FM in Abbotsford has a huge part in the production of Jam in Jubilee. Under the direction of the Abbotsford Arts Council Executive Director, and in collaboration with Jam In Jubilee committee, volunteers, and utilizing support staff as available, the Festival Coordinator performs the following duties:

- Fostering long term connections and partnerships with the local businesses and service organizations

- Researching and soliciting interest and feedback from local businesses and service organizations in order to develop best practices for providing effective outreach to community partners.

- Facilitating committee/volunteer involvement: Plan and facilitate meetings, taking minutes, email meeting notifications and follow up.

- Coordinate the activities of festival staff, committee and volunteers to ensure all aspects of the festival are delivered in a professional and timely manner.

- All event logistic and administration: Applying for licenses, working with committee, and other partners.

- Collection of data (including attendance records, sales figures, donations, etc)

- Tracking goals, progress, and deadlines

- Onsite day of

- Follow up grant reporting, committee debrief, volunteer appreciation, makes recommendations for future planning
