The community group has an opening in its office for one or two rooms, with a shared common area (kitchen, workstations and meeting space) located at 331 Cooper Street, starting November 1st, 2020. 

The rooms can be taken separately, or both together.  

Small room: 106 sq/feet (1 person office). + common space = $660-855/Month 

Large Room 154.9 sq/feet (2-3 person office). . + common space = $757/940Month 

Both + common space = $1130/Month

Common area: 856.9 sq/feet
Rent to increase Feb of each year by a small amount.  Additional rent subject to change as per the rate of the building every January.  Rent may reduce if two organizations are found. 

Small additional costs include Printing, High-Speed internet.  Sub-lease agreement signed with NCRA/ANREC
