CFWN 89.7 FM, Northumberland 89.7, is a community station located in Northunberland County ON, serving the residents of Cobourg, Port Hope, and West Northumberland. Incorporated in December 2009. and receiving its CRTC licence in November 2011, Northumberland 89.7 has been dedicated to airing news, views, commentary, entertainment, sports and music that are of interest to the residents of its communities. It is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run community radio station that has been broadcasting via its website at www.northumberland897.ca since January 2013.
